I don't recognise it. The only hints I can see are the shadows, showing the sun is behind the photographer, and the road heads roughly northwest (morning) or northeast (afternoon). In the distance we see a bend in the road which might help.

Copyrighted to an American alcohol distiller, importers and wholesale liqour dealers with a date 1902? Thus the photo has to be 1902 or older.
Or is it Carlton Harlow Graves (1867-1943). American photographer, active Philadelphia (as the impression suggests) 1880-1910?
I think its Carlton.
"Carlton Harlow Graves was the owner of CH Graves Company (one of his many business titles), another one of several stereoscope picture view companies that imaged the world extensively in the hopes of bringing esoteric views to jaded westerners. He eventually sold out to Underwood & Co. in 1910, and it is presumed that his work then went to Keystone View when Underwood itself was later sold to them. CH Graves Company also used the work of other paid photographers, and Herbert Ponting is suspected of being Graves' actual source of all it's China images, including this one"
Have seen a postcard photo here on a local website that looks similar to the photos posted above. The suggested location is Queen's Road West looking northeast near the junction with Hollywood Road.

Difficult to pin down. Looks like somewhere in Sheung Wan. May be Wing Lok Street.

Does the street lamp. shop signs help date this photo? And the number 35 on bottom right? Commericially produced series?

If this is Queen's Road West at the junction with Hollywood Road, then the street houses should also be visible on this photo from the 1870s.
The bend of Queen's Road to the right (if you look in south-westerly direction) should be in the lower centre if this photo.
