Hello,
I found info written by Rudi Butt about an American dentist, Varnum David Collins, who trained Kwan Yuen Cheong in dentistry and gave him his dental kit upon retirement, circa 1857. I have not been able to verify his findings. I emailed him but have not received a reply. Does anyone know if Rudi Butt is still living?

Harry Fong was a dentist in Hong Kong.
The first Dental Register I see him mentioned in is for the year 1915. Harry is listed in the "Exempted Persons section" (the list also has a second section titled "Dental Surgeons"). He then appears in the lists for all the years 1916-34. I guess he retires or leaves Hong Kong around 1934, as he doesn't reappear in any of the lists for the years 1935-40.
