Centadata gives build completion date as '1945' but it may have been built before this.
Located on corner of Stafford Road and Essex Crescent.

Although Centadata states that this property was built in "1945", it may be the original with alterations made over time.
In 1935, this was occupied by W.A. Zimmern (source: 1935 Jurors List)
