Located at 10 Broadwood Road the Villa Rocha was opened in 1988 on the Broadwood Ridge, Happy Valley.  It was one of four big developments on the ridge in that decade, which all built on the exclusivity of the location. 

It is a complex of two high rise buildings offering a total of 248 residential units.  There is a communal swimming pool.

The complex was built on a site formerly occupied by colonial style villas #9-11 Broadwood Road.

Residents enjoy superb views in every direction, from the peaks of the island to Kowloon in the north, the racecourse and the city.
