Sir Geoffry Alexander Stafford Northcote, KCMG KStJ (羅富國;9 February 1881 – 10 July 1948) was a British colonial administrator.

Sir William Peel KCMG KBE (Chinese: 貝璐) was a British colonial administrator. He worked as a secretary in several countries in south-east Asia (e.g. Singapore, Penang, Malay States).

On 9 May 1930, Peel was appointed as Governor of Hong Kong. During his tenure, the telephone system in Hong Kong was automated, and the first permanent flight between China and Hong Kong was established. Also, Peel presided over the construction of a Governor's Retreat in Fanling, in the New Territories.

Peel retired in May 1935.

Sir George Ferguson Bowen GCMG PC (Chinese: 寶雲; 2 November 1821 – 21 February 1899) was an Anglo-Irish author and colonial administrator who served as a governor of Queensland, New Zealand, Victoria, Mauritius and Hong Kong and as chief secretary of Ionian Islands.

Sir George William Des Vœux GCMG was a British colonial administrator who served as governor of Fiji (1880–1885), Newfoundland (1886–1887), and Hong Kong (1887–1891).

He was the descendant of a French Huguenot who immigrated to Ireland in the early 18th century. His father was Reverend Henry Des Vœux who lived at the time of William's birth in Baden-Baden, Grand Duchy of Baden, German Confederation.

• 19th Governor of British Ceylon (3 December 1903 – 11 July 1907)

Sir William Robinson - Governor of HK 1891-1898

At a time when Sir Paul Chater was at the pinnacle of his career and was as fully focused on the development of, and the continuation of the growth process that Hong Kong was undergoing, due, in no small part to both of these men.  Sir William, perhaps not as popular as previous Governors of the Colony, nor indeed as Sir Paul himself, but nonetheless his time and presence in Hong Kong was clearly appreciated by the Chinese community.
