Long two-storey building on M.L. 57 between docks 2 and 3. At the waterfront are two small side towers and a higher central clock tower. The building is labeled "Offices & Stores" in the 1903 map on hkmaps.hk.
It was likely an office building for daily (construction) services. The Hung Hom Dockyard Headquarters [c.1888-c.1945] is probably more a building for directors rather than construction works.
