I searched for Mee Cheung in MMIS. The earliest result is on page 2 of The China Mail, 1897-10-09, and the latest result is on page 9 of The Hong Kong Telegraph, 1939-03-04.
I've set the years of operation to be c.1897-c.1939, but please leave a comment if you know they were in business beyond those years.
