Harcourt Garden is a small urban park (c. 13500 square meters) between Harcourt Road and Queensway, west of the Hong Kong Police Headquarters. It was built on the area of the former Wellington Barracks, it opened in 1994 (couldn't find an official opening date, on an aerial photo from May 1994 it looks quite finished).
It was closed between 2013 and 2018 due to the expansion of the MTR Admiralty Station.
