1896 - Harry Bathurst original owner, 26 Kennedy Road “Medway House”.
1900 - Mr. Li Po-lung (李 寶龍) and Mr. Li Po-yung,
the former being a businessman who developed the slope near Belcher Street (卑路乍街) and Sands Street (山市街) in Kennedy Town into a residential area for the wealthy Chinese in the early 20th century.
1919 - the ownership of the land lot was transferred to the Japanese Resident's Association.

A reference to the Japanese Primary School being at 26 Kennedy Road in 1928. See Hong Kong Daily Press 30 May 1928 here
Medway House did not stand…
Medway House did not stand directly at Kennedy Road but was a bit retracted (as were nos. 28 and 30–32). The marker should be moved accordingly (see 1901 map on Gwulo).

Thank you Annelise, that's perfect now and in line with the adjoining houses. (I should add that in 2011 we didn't have so many maps on Gwulo as we have today, therefore it's easier now.)
