New Eastern Terrace (新東方台) was a residential street in Tin Hau mid-levels, stretching from Tin Hau Temple Road towards Dragon Terrace, parallel with Dragon Road, it was standing on Inland Lot 2411.

It was demolished in 2011 by New World Development for building The Pavilia Hill.
It was built in the late 1950s by demolishing the top part of Eastern Terrace, though a wiki stated it was built in 1953 without a working link to source.

The outline for New Eastern Terrace can be seen below, the long thin rectangle is the street, the larger rectangle is where the buildings were.

There were 15 buildings along New Eastern Terrace, 1 - 6 building structures were different from 7 - 15 buildings.
