6 Mar 1943, Leo Landau's wartime diary

A fund was started for Mrs Christensen, they have collected £200. I am not donating. The damp weather has set in.

I have learnt much to my surprise and anger that our gentlemen (officers) receive 2- rolls bread to our one! Does an officer in a prison camp require more than the men. I am certain if the Japanese knew about it, they would put a stop.

WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
