14 QRC was a building on the south side, constructed on I.L. 295. The building had 6 arches and was divided into two halves with separate numbers. No 14 was on the western side of the building. It was separated by Zetland Street to 16 QRC. No 12 (12 Queen's Road Central [????-c.1928]) was on the eastern side.
In the 1920, the Colonial Dispensary had their shop there.
Both were demolished in 1928.
