The Hong Kong Rubber Manufactory Co. Ltd. moved into their newly acquired factory premises on the "New Praya" in Kennedy Town in August 1936. The factory comprised a block of four buildings owned by the China Provident Loan and Mortgage Co. Ltd. The four buildings appear to have been used previously as kerosine godowns but had been suitably altered for the Company's new operation.

The main building(s) was surrounded by a wall with a small yard running right round the building(s).

Looking at maps of the New Praya, Kennedy Town, it appears the factory was formerly located between Queen's Road West and Collinson Street. With latest information provided by Freddie at: https://gwulo.com/media/55636, the Hong Kong Rubber Manufactory Co. Ltd. was located on M. L. 246 (8, New Praya, Kennedy Town) and bounded by New Praya, Davis Street, Catchick Street and Cadogan Street.
