Formerly known as the Peak Road, the Old Peak Road was built in the 1920s and used to be the only way to the Peak.
In the 1960s, Peak Road was renamed Old Peak Road, while a section of Stubbs Road connecting Wan Chai Gap and Victoria Peak was renamed Peak Road. One of only six "Victoria City Boundaries" in Hong Kong is still preserved.
This subject is about those wild fruits on the Old Peak Road that are edible.

Hi h9430500,
Please can you help change the title to just Old Peak Road. A Place page is just for a location, so the 'and Wild Fruits' would be something for a separate page.
Can you also add the source(s) for the information in the notes above?
Finally the completion date isn't right, as I can see the road marked in Gwulo's maps back to 1909, and I think it was around much earlier than that. Best to leave the completion date empty until we have a better idea of when the road was first built.
Regards, David
