House 14A is a two-storey villa, still in use today, facing south-west over Nam Tam and the sea, lower down the west side of Fa Peng from House 14. With a rendered finish, it has a flat reinforced concrete balcony roof, with a partial verandah, like house 14.
As to when it was built, its number suggests a later 20th century build than its neighbours, and it does not appear in the HKMaps 1924 aerial photograph or any of the 1930s photographs of Fa Peng from the west.
Nor is it in the 1938 list of European-owned houses, so I am not calling it a European House.
