Pillbox on Victoria Road? [????- ]

On the 1970 survey map of Hong Kong, a pillbox is indicated at this very position. Looking at it, the structure sits atop a small knoll, and is rather small in size. There seems to be two large compartments of the pillbox, similar to PB10 on Ap Lei Chau.

The positioning of this pillbox, seems to indicate that it's purpose was to defend the approaches to the Waterfall Bay AA Battery, and in general to prevent any Japanese troops from advancing down Victoria Road.

Although this could technically not be British, since the size, shape is strange, so it might be Japanese in origin.

Anyone remember or have any ideas to contribute?
