Owned and managed initially by Aaron Landau. Believed to have commenced business at the above address in 1928. In December 1933, Landau notified patrons in advertisements in the local newspapers that he had sold the Wanchai branch of Jimmy's Kitchen to Messrs Hammann and Haefke. Hong Kong Telegraph 18 December 1933 refers. In 1933, Landau would fully engage himself in the running of the Central branch of Jimmy's Kitchen at 1c D'Aguilar Street.

The new owners of the Wanchai address were allowed to use the name of "Jimmy's Kitchen" only at the above address or in places east of Arsenal Street. Hong Kong Daily Press 10 November 1934 refers. It would appear the Jimmy's Kitchen in Wanchai did not last long.
