Does not appear in the 1924 Peak Map, so hadn't been built by then. Listed in the 1927 Jury List, published on 23rd Feb 1927, with Mr. Charles THWAITES resident, so had been completed by then. Construction therefore took place at sometime between 1924 and 1927, so I've gone for an approximate date of 1926.
