I recently posted a photo of a large family mansion being built on this site around 1929. It is marked B in the photo below.
Jill noted there was already a 6 Broadwood Road listed in the rates book for 1916-17, owned by Dr F H Kew:
Moddsey uploaded this photo showing the same area c.1920, and at that time there were two buildings on the site:
I'm guessing that one or both of them are the building(s) at 6 Broadwood Road in the 1916-17 rates book.
