  • She graduated from the Alice Memorial Maternity Hospital, and was one of the first Chinese midwives trained by Dr. Alice Sibree.

  • Her husband was Wong Sai-yan (王世恩), who was a classmate of Sun Yat-sen (孫中山) at the Hong Kong College of Medicine for Chinese.   • Her son is Dr. Wong Tsz-chuen (王子傳), who graduated from the Hong Kong College of Medicine for Chinese in 1917. His wife was one of the founders of The Hong Kong Nurses and Midwives Association in 1940, which is the first Chinese professional women's union since the founding of Hong Kong. 
  • She was also a member of this association and has the longest nursing experience.
