Marker is approximate and placed at Scout Hill, Chai Wan Park.
Barker/Barker's Bungalow was purchased in 1929 by the Scout Association of Hong Kong. Official opening of the Camp took place on 11 January 1930. A memorial plaque in Chai Wan Park commemorates the first permanent Campsite.
