This building housed the first King's Theatre, as well as shops and offices.
I've initially set the completion & demolition dates to the same dates we have for King's Theatre, but they may need adjusting.
The construction of this building is mentioned in point 36 of the PWD's annual report for 1930 under "In course of erection": "Theatre and Office Block on I.L. 16, Queen’s Road Central."
