Their entry in The Comacrib Directory of China for 1925 reads:

The search in the Internet Archive for “Yee Sang Fat” gave 3.644 (!) entries, the first one in Hong Kong Newspapers is from March 1900.

In later issues of the newspapers, the address was given more precisely as 34 Queen’s Road Central. This is the address of the first Hong Kong Club. It looks to me that this company bought the whole building and leased parts of the building to other tenants such as the Baltimore Hotel, Wm. Powell Co. and others. From about 1904 onwards, several hundred(!) adverts appeared in the newspapers looking for new tenants.

Likely Yee Sang Fat always had their own store in this building. Their address was given as 34 Queen’s Road, opposite the Post Office. In 1919, the address given changed to Queen’s Road, and D’Aguilar Street (this is still in the old Hong Kong Club Building). On 28 February 1930, the store closed.

The company reopened in March 1930 as "The Hongkong Bargain House" at "Queen’s Road, opposite Hongkong Hotel Garage", later given more precisely as 16 Queen’s Road Central. In the mid-1930s, the store moved into the King’s Theatre Building. The youngest entry I found so far is from January 1950 with the same address.
