Pinocchio in Hong Kong

I'm doing some research about the spreading of the knowledge of Pinocchio in Hong Kong.

A friend of mine sent me two newspaper clips with the announcement of the screening of "Pinocchio" produced by Walt Disney Productions at two cinemas in Hong Kong (Alhambra and Queen's). The clips say that the cinemas would sell tickets earlier to prevent overcrowding at the box office and sell songbooks, puppets and Pinocchio to raise children's interest.
The movie " Pinocchio"  was shown on 29 May 1940 onwards.
Not many coverages, no reviews found.
Another clip is about a window display at Sincere's, one of the oldest department stores in Hong Kong.
My question is: does anybody have photos of Alhambra and Queen's cinemas or Sincere's department store in Hong Kong?
Any other photos about Pinocchio would be helpful for my research.
Thank You.

You could do worse than check out the Multi Media Information System of the Hong Kong Public Libraries. It is possible to access pre-war English language newspapers on line, (there were actually more of them in HK before the war than there are now!), for listings of films being shown in local cinemas.

I believe that the people in the Central Library, (5/F), which is rather confusingly located in Causeway Bay, should also be able to help.

Finally, I recall there being an information board on Theatre Lane in Central, close to the junction with Queen’s Road Central, which contains some information on the Queen’s Cinema which was located nearby.
