Hi moddsey. I'm not sure if your photo shows Heung Hoi Mansion. This building is at 28-32 O Brien Road and not at Gloucester Road. Heung Hoi Mansion still stands, but on Streetview the building does not look very similar to the one on your photo, and also not to the one I posted today.
The building should be 80 Gloucester Road, the current one is from 1986. On the 1975.1 map on hkmaps.hk, the name for this building is given as Sheung On Building, Heung Hoi is behind it.
Just found another image. It looks as if Heung Hoi Mansion is behind the one with the Sony advert.

Yes, you are correct. Thanks for the photo of the new building and the map reference. May need to re-calibrate markers for places now.
