Looking South at the roof top of No7 Sands Street, they are Tai Pak Terrace (left), Hee Wong School Terrace (middle) and Ching Lin Terrace Right. Part of the Han Wah Middle School appeared at the east end of Ching Lin Terrace, where is now known as Ching Lin Terrace.

HKU took posession of the site and it is now a Hall of sort. It is now called Ching Lin Terrace Residence.
