Ten houses built on Marine Lots 55 and 56. Probably built at the same time as the houses further east on reclaimed land, so 1905 was guessed.

Shows (right of Gilman Street) houses 74-83 Connaught Road Central, and a bit of Sincere Department Store. Left of Gilman Street are a few houses from 62-73 Connaught Road Central.

These houses were also not demolished at the same time. Four houses at nos. 74-77 were already gone in 1966 and replaced by the Beautiful Group Tower which opened in 1973.

It is the second building from the left on the photo from 1977. Its front looks to me like upside-down stacked champagne glasses.

The six houses at 78-83 were still there in 1977 (see photo above), but by 1980 they were gone. On this place, CTS House was built which opened in the early 1980s.
