Five houses at the junction of Nathan and Jordan Roads (north-east corner) on K.I.L. 102. Address today 298-306 Nathan Rd. The 1938 street index refers that the buildings were known as Cambay Buildings (see comment below). Building 1 had the address 15 Jordan Road, Buildings 2-5 86 to 88 Nathan Road.
Visible on many photos with the EVERGREEN (store) sign and has a rounded front with arches similar to the house on the opposite corner of the junction.
Appears first on the 1922 map on hkms 2.0. Was replaced by New Lucky House that opened in 1964.
