2 and 8 Granville Road
The Reformed Presbyterian (NA) Church's missionary work in China began in 1895. It was suggested that the Church establish a ministry in Deqing County, Guangdong. This small county, with a population of 50,000, had no missionaries at the time and was an ideal field. They rented a small hall there, where 100-150 people attended sermons daily. However, due to the poor sanitary conditions of the local buildings, missionaries were unable to move with their families, so they temporarily established their headquarters in Kowloon, with a postal address at 2 and 8 Granville Road.
