It's visible in the centre of the photo below. From its style it looks to have been built several years before the more modern-looking RAF Officers Mess building (completed in 1934) behind it:

I lived in this house when my step-father was the RAF dentist here in the mid 70's. The Doctor's family had the upper floor and we had the ground floor. There was a garden at the front of it on several levels and a courtyard at the back. I was too young to be allowed up to the officer's mess up the hill behind.
