He first appears in the Jurors Lists in the list for 1922:

c Quark Frank William   Asiatic Petroleum Co., Ld. Top Floor   4 St. Stephen's Lane  

He has the same entry in the lists for 1923 & 1924, with the addition that his title is "Clerk". We don't see him in the 1925 list, but in 1926 he's back:

c   Quark Francis William Assist. Asiatic Petroleum Co. (S.C.), Ld.   On premises      

He has the same entry in the lists for 1927 & 1928, and that's as far as we've got in typing up the lists.
