Should lot be IL 1389?
That's the lot number shown on the 1924 map:

On the 1934 map both…
On the 1934 map both Ballinode and Scarteen are shown as being on IL 1388 but I suspect that's just an omission. I've changed the Lot No to 1389
Scarteen on I.L. 1389
That's right. It was adjacent to Ballinode (Ballindae was probably a misspelling in 1901 map?) (present Eva Court + Morning Light Apartments).
The western half once bore the name of Scarteen. It was demolished slightly earlier than its eastern counterpart, to make way for Happy Mansion (mainly).
The eastern half was also demolished in 1-2 years later to be rebuilt into Hong Lok Mansion (mainly).
