The marker on the map is approximate, but the stone is easy to find. If you're walking up from the lookout atthe end of Harlech Road, you'll have railings on your left. Here's the view when the railings stop:
A little further ahead you'll see a green sign attached to the slope on the right of the path. Directly opposite that, on the slope just below the road on the left, is stone #18:

Perhaps it's easier to direct the audience attention from this angle, the stone is by the downhill slope with the end of the low fence in the distance.
