Old Senior Staff Quarters at Dairy Farm, Pok Fu Lam [1887- ]

Summary timeline:

• 1886: Dairy Farm established
• 1887: Old Dairy Senior Staff Quarters (SSQ) was built as residence for the farm manager, and known as Braemar
• 1950s: The building's pitched roof is replaced by a flat roof
• 1983: Dairy Farm closed the farm at Pokfulam
• 1987: The last residents move out from SSQ, and it is left empty
• 2013: SSQ is included in the 4th batch of buildings for the Government's Revitalisation Scheme
• 2014: Basic repairs and clearance of vegetation
• 2018: Renovation begins in Q4, with completion targeted for Q2 2020, and opening later that year.
