My grandmother Dorothy was undergowing treatment at the Victoria Hospital when her husband F. C. died in the Government City Hospital on November 16th 1928. I would like to know what sort of thing she could have been treated for. Could she have been having a miscarriage? Any help please. I will request a death certificate for Frederick's death.

It was built as a hospital
It was built as a hospital for women & children, so treatment for a miscarriage is possible. Do you have other information that suggests it?
