Building behind Man Mo Temple, next to Ladder Street [????-????]

In this 1950s photo part of the sign on the building is visible and shows "Tung Wah three ..."

In this 1970 photo, Thomas & Moddsey have found the name was "St. Vincent's English College, Central District Branch"

But not long after, this 1972 photo shows the name gone, a window broken, and the building looking in poor repair:

The building on the site today is called Virtue Court.
