The 1938 list of streets gives the name of 28 Kennedy Road as "Selborne Villa No. 1". But we already have a place on Gwulo: 28, Kennedy Road [????- ]. Both entries show the identical building, therefore I suggest merging both.
The entries in "Later place(s) at this location" need to be removed because the building is still standing today, see e.g. here.
