I have a friend who is trying to nail all the Noble House HK locations. He has all but this last one. I said I would take a look but it beats me. Bearing in mind it was filmed back in 1988 can any long termers confirm whether or not it was actually a HK location?
This certainly looks like the Pearl Island causeway bridge with the edge of the apartments to the right and the defunct Lok On Pai De-Salting Plant chimneys in the background. Between the flag poles the villas on Beaulieu Peninsula are obscured, presumably by a large temporary film set or back drop. I used to live and work nearby at that time but don't remember this event.
Who can tell me if this bridge is in Hong Kong?
