Falconridge (1981-2011) was demolished, and construction work on this site started in April 2012.
After almost six years of construction work, the next generation building was finished. It is now much closer to Barker Road and has three houses on a massive platform.
It is owned by Henderson Land Development's late founder Lee Shau-kee's family, and remains Hong Kong’s most expensive ultra-luxury home for the sixth consecutive year, official data showed (source from 2026-03-16)
