DEATH OF A WELL-KNOWN HONGKONG RESIDENT
The death took place early this morning at his residence, 61 Robinson Road, of Mr. Allston O'Driscoll Gourdin, at the age of 65. Born in South Carolina in 1850, deceased came to the Colony in 1872, being associated with the Punjum Office and afterwards with the China Insurance Co. Later he filled the position of Assistant Secretary to the Hongkong Club, and in latter years was well known as an Accountant and auditor, and also as a Freemason.
