Some update. The word 'Temporary' had been removed in the sign. The garden now reads "Mount Davis Service Reservoir Garden". Grass had recently been cut, but the soil is not flat. If you walk on it and if you are not careful, one may twist their ankles or knees.
Also, part of the garden is now designated for groups for booking slots for flying their drones. The signs showed for 'Groups', but without other details.
Thanks for the update! Glad to see they have made some good use of the area and that the lawn is finally getting some regular maintenance. Years back, I hesitated to venture into the garden alone, especially approaching evening, as packs of stray dogs sometimes appeared over the hill slope, and their growling didn't sound friendly at all.
