Just another page in the history of Hong Kong property: family drama, a mysterious investment company and a once stately building now standing ruined in the most high-priced district in Kowloon.

Abandoned building Kowloon Tong
As I recall, this is a pre war residential building, with a small general store on the ground floor run by a very old couple in the 1990s.
My school just before the abandoned building.
At 1990's I was a student of Ying Wa College. My school just before the abandoned building. On the ground floor it stood a small general store named Tak Kei (德記). I always bought soft drinks in there. My Economic teacher used comparison between Welcome supermarket and that general store to talk about the economic of scale.
I'm surprised that building is still exist nowadays but my mother school had moved to Sham Shui Po nearly 20 years ago!!!
