From a 1992 map. Sorry for the bad quality. The marker for the pier seems to be quite exactly set.

A Wiki states that the pier was opened on 1972-4-23 to replace the old Mongkok pier. It stopped operation on 1992-6-1 due to reclamation at West Kowloon.
