After more study on the www.hkmaps.hk/viewer.html, I notice that the reference map marked "1966 Hong Kong" appears no difference to the "1967.2 Hong Kong" and other maps backward : 1965.1, 1964, 1963.5 ... all the way back to the 1960 one. The same handwritten 'Site for Central District Primary School' showed up on the left side of the site. So I think the "1966" year is doubtful for further reference and deduction. In fact, these were actually survey maps and may not even be refreshed each year.
I will put more updated findings in the main post of Ellis Kadoorie School/... in some time.
