First column shows HH27, 28 and 29 for getting the piece of map to inspect. 
Second column shows the area of the map
Third column shows some of the streets, including name unchanged streets, name changed streets and no longer exist streets.

The date taken is correct but don't know when the contents page was produced and who made it.
