Key Interchanges: Passengers can seamlessly transfer from the Tuen Ma Line (formerly KCR West Rail) to the East Rail Line at Hung Hom Station or Kowloon Tong to cross under Victoria Harbour into central Hong Kong Island.

Physically, the KCR and MTR Lines were integrated in 2022, via the East Rail Line service to Admiralty Station commenced on May 15, 2022. This marked the grand opening of the East Rail Line Cross-Harbour Extension.
