No27 Lugard Rd. redevelopment- protesters publicity material-002

The proposed change of use to No 27 Lugard Road brought out protesters in 2014 who demonstrated their dissent by plastering the adjacent public pathway with posters crudely taped to  anything stationary. I photographed several of these posters at the time, but post only two on Gwulo.
