Can anyone identify this tall-ship berthed at the Ocean Terminal?
And its nationality and dates in Hong Kong.
Google searches so far have brought up nothing sensible.
The images are scans from my film slides which places the date pre-2005.

Russian Sail Training Ship ''SEDOV''.
My research shows this to be the Russian Sail Training Ship ''SEDOV'', which until recent years was the worlds largest operational sailing ship at 117 metres in length. She was launched in 1921 at Kiel, Germany as the ''Magdalene Vinnen 11'' After WW2 she transferred to the Soviet Union. The ship visited Hong Kong in February 2013 during her 13 month round the world voyage to celebrate the 1,150th anniversary of the Russian State.

Thank you for the SEDOV 2013 visit ID and response.
I now have the dilemma of where my scanned slides came from?
After 2005, the date I quoted, I started using digital cameras and less film.
Also, I seem to have only the two images I posted on Gwulo.
No side views of the vessel, nor any of its deck looking down from the OT’s uppermost car park level, which I would normally take.
Most puzzling!
Agree with STS Sedov. A bit…
Agree with STS Sedov. A bit difficult to read, the name written on the shield (on the prow) is Му́рманск (Murmansk), see here.
