South side of Chuck pye-wan Bay looking West, Hong Kong 1846.
I can't locate "Chuck pye-wan Bay" in any of the maps in Mapping Hong Kong A Historical Atlas, Empson G.I.S. 1992. Could this be a view from Quarry Bay Point across Aldrich Bay to Shau Kei Wan?
This attractive CX menu cover is one of five which I was given in the 90s. Possibly a Business Class menu from the 1970s/80s. The pictures are all dated 1846, but the artist is not recorded.

Re: Chuck pye-wan
I think I have come across the name before. It refers to Shek Pai Wan, Aberdeen.

Re: Chuck pye-wan
My thanks to Moddsey for identifying the location of "Chuck pye-wan Bay” and the link to the HONG KONG MEMORY site. I had assumed that it was a view towards Shau Kei Wan as the other menu illustrations were views from locations on the north side of HK Island.
