Plane taking off from Chek Lap Kok (?), seen from the Big Buddha, Lantau. My photo album caption from the time ponders whether this was one of the first flights to take off from the new Hong Kong International Airport – it was certainly on the first day of operation. I'm not sure which direction I was looking in!
